Founding Team

Ying Luo, Ph.D.
Dr. Luo has many years of experiences in the high tech industry. His background spans a broad range of fields including physics, biology, and computer science. He holds an M.S. degree from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from University of Pittsburgh.

Professor Changping Luo
Professor Luo worked at the Chinese Academy of Science as a chief scientist for over 30 years. He successfully headed several national science projects, including the development of perfluorocarbon emulsions artificial blood and HFC ODS substitutes. Professor Luo holds seven patents in fluorine chemical synthesis and production:

Jean Wang, MBA
Jean held investment and trading positions at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Jean also successfully initiated and managed an emerging technology marketing program at IBM. Jean received her Bachelor's degree from University of Rochester, and her MBA from University of California at Berkeley.
